Not your traditional job shop foundry, Buck Company blends technology and innovation with a production approach to deliver ferrous and non-ferrous castings. At the heart of our operation, you’ll find our dedicated and talented team including Sean McCormick.
We’re lucky that Sean joined our Foundry family in 2021. The insightfulness and skills he brings to Buck Company truly help us deliver on our promise to produce the highest quality castings, at the best possible value, with truly superior client service.
Thank you for all you do, Sean!

Time with Buck Company: 8 Months
A: I work on making programs for the current and new Foxall finishing cells.

A: A powerful and insightful experience
A: To learn new skills, improve oneself, and contribute to making great castings
A: It’s more important to know who you are rather than what you want to be.
A: My first-time walking through the foundry and being exposed to the casting world.
A: As someone reentering college after some years off for engineering, I knew getting work experience was paramount to my future success. I found the opportunity to work at Buck online and was fortunate enough to start working here in May. I immediately saw the strong work ethic and the desire to do what is right and what is best, and I knew then this was the place I wanted to be.
A: Working at Buck Company has exposed me to real life problem solving, years of knowledge and experience, and given me the chance to grow and learn as both an employee and as a person.
Here at Buck Company we are a growing company with a lot of light at the end of the tunnel. The current team we have in place works hard toward a common goal; be the preferred casting source. Once joining the Buck team, you will be supported to grow as an employee and be the very best that you can be! I wouldn’t trade my position or this amazing opportunity for anything in the world.
