Outside of work, Kara is an animal lover, caring for a variety of pets, including a dog, cat, two chinchillas, a frog, and her fish. She spends her free time tending to her animals, camping, and enjoying family and friends.

Q: What drew you to Buck Company initially? How has Buck changed since then?
A. I heard good things about the company from other people. I’m not sure if the company has changed but I have. I have learned a lot of new things while working here and seeing all the things I never thought I would have experienced.
Q: How has Buck Company helped you in your career development?
A: It starts by asking questions. And giving the right people the chance to grow within the company is amazing, and there are a lot of people here that are willing to take the time and teach you anything you want to know.

A: I would recommend Buck to a friend because there is room to grow in this company and there is a lot to learn here.
Q: What’s the best advice you can give to someone who’s just starting their career?
A: Take it one day at a time and there are no stupid questions.
