Q: What does your role at Buck Company entail?
A: Doing whatever it takes to make sure our customers are pleased. I grind, regrind, and rework.
Q: What was your favorite project you worked on at Buck company?
A: I remember working on one specific casting of a wheel that needed to be fixed. We worked together with the engineering department to fix it. It was one of my favorite projects because I felt that I did a good job.
Q: Can you describe what it’s like working at Buck Company in 5 words?
A: Fast-paced, satisfying, comfortable, and lively.
Q: Why would you recommend working at Buck Company to a friend?
A: So that they can feel as good as I feel working here. Working here has made me realize that I am moving forward and succeeding in my job.
Q: What’s the best piece of advice you can give to someone who’s just starting their career?
A: Do your part and do it well. If you are able to show your worth through your work, you will be rewarded for it.
Q: What’s your favorite memory of working at Buck Company?
A: I have so many good memories working here. Probably one of my supervisors – we got along so well.

A: Working here has helped me and my family truly in every way, I really can’t complain.
