In the heart of Lancaster County, PA, you’ll find two foundries in one facility to better serve you, Ductile Iron and Malleable Iron castings are poured in our Ferrous Foundry, while Aluminum, Bronze, and Brass are poured in our Non-Ferrous Foundry. We’re dedicated to improving each step of the casting process with state-of-the-art equipment.
Our ferrous and non-ferrous foundries allow us to pour Ductile Iron and Malleable Iron castings and Aluminum, Bronze, and Brass.
With the latest technology in matchplate molding and automatic pouring we can pour up to 160 molds per hour – over 40% more production than manual pouring while increasing safety standards.
Our independent ferrous and non-ferrous melt facilities offer ample capacity for around-the-clock service to our eleven automatic molding lines.

Our full range of core-making capabilities including Shell, Cold Box, and No-Bake Core Box processes can handle any volume or complexity of cores.
