Meet Davis Edwards
For 15 years, Davis Edwards has been an essential member of our Core Room team, consistently demonstrating dedication, leadership, and expertise. He first joined Buck Company through a temp agency, but what started as a short-term position quickly became a long-term opportunity when he saw the potential for growth and turned down other offers to stay. Since then, he’s worked his way into a leadership role where he plays a vital part in overseeing daily production, supporting his team, and ensuring a safe work environment. From the production floor to team meetings, Davis is always focused on helping his department thrive.
Over the years, Davis has seen Buck evolve – from new machines to a more positive, team-focused culture. He’s especially thankful for the strong bonds he’s formed and the healthy work-life balance he’s found here.

A: I never imagined becoming a lead, I enjoyed my position. Now that I am in a new position, I really feel accomplished and grateful.

A: I am grateful for all the bonds I have made. My work life unlike many people out there is healthy, and for that, I am grateful for Buck Company.
